Oscar and Academy Award-winning producer/director/writer Brigitte Berman joins us to discuss her prolific career, including her recent feature documentary film The River of My Dreams: A Portrait of Gordon Pinsent. With over 20 years of experience working in the film and television industry, Berman has produced and directed more than 100 documentaries, including Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel, Robert Bateman: A Celebration of Nature and The Osbornes: A Very Special Family. Berman is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she studied English and Film, as well as an alumni of the Canadian Film Centre’s resident in writing and directing program.
This intimate lunch panel has limited seating.
