Set in downtown St. John’s, where St. John’s City Hall sits now, a family prepares to celebrate their parent’s wedding anniversary with a house party full of fun, music and surprises. Memories, music and imagination form the foundation as Janet recounts the turbulent and boisterous experience inspired by the story of her Lebanese Grandparents integrating into St. John’s, raising a family and running their store in the late 1940’s early 1950’s. Every family can be a little overwhelming, however with over-eager party starters, missing relatives, old feuds and forbidden love, things are sure to get especially unforgettable!
